As far as your service is concerned I am really very satisfy and hope will make my new trip with you i.e. Mesmerizing India. Everything, the service, the guide and transport etc. was completely top class.
Anyhow in all the service was wonderful and even I suggest my Danish friend to take trip to India through you, but they want me to travel, and it is difficult to get the visa for India, even I am born in Bombay, India, my first nationality was Portugal and then Pakistani and since 1970 I am here in Denmark and having Danish nationality.
Regards to you and your fellow colleagues and sorry to reply late because I was out of town. I am planning to visit China in September.

Now that we are safely home and returned to normal living the least we can do is to thank you for all your hard work and patience in organizing our holiday. In the end you could not have done better.
We have to apologise for speaking to you harshly but in the past we have not always dealt with such diligent people. Our only complaint was the Club Mahindra at Munnar which seems to cater for people with young families and was not suitable for old folk like us – apart from that we were more than happy with all the hotels and were particularly delighted with the driver from South India Tours who could not have been more helpful for the entire time.
I assure you that we are commending Mesmerizing India Tours to everyone we know

Dear Sukanya, of course I can give a feedback as requested. First of all we really enjoyed our trip very much! The driver in Rajasthan was very nice and reliable and most of the guides were ok, too. The sights were all very interesting and worth seeing. Only in Ajmer we had some difficulties with the visit to the mosque. There especially our guide was very much attacked by the priest there saying that this would not be a place for tourists and he (the guide) would be telling lies about their religion. In the end it was ok and we accepted the priest walking us around the mosque but the situation was difficult and I would recommend to warn the tourists about incidents like this.
Most of the hotels were really fantastic we especially enjoyed the heritage hotels in Udaipur, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Mandawa.
Again thank you very much for all the help you gave us and I am quite sure that we are coming back to India one day. Just for information, do you also organize trips to Nepal?

I could only suggest perhaps that travelers could give the total amount of tips at the beginning or at the end of the tour and not almost day by day, sometimes is not the most comfortable alternative. My wife and I would like to thank you for the wonderful service provided by your company during our recent trip.
I can only say that you and your staff far exceeded any reasonable expectations we may have had in relation to service, the quality of accommodation and the general experience of our trip.
Beginning particularly with Anandita, every member of your staff that we contacted was invariably helpful, polite, cheerful, creative and just basically nice.
The comfort of being met at every airport and assisted to our hotel was beyond value. In every case, the accommodation provided was excellent and of a higher standard than expected. Where hotels were not ultra-modern and 'international' in style, they were more traditional and provided other attractions.
The drivers provided were beyond praise. Their skills were awesome and their even temperament, so essential for the type of driving they were doing, excellent. Their English skills were sufficient for the task and they were invariably considerate of our needs in relation to things like toilet stops.
The guides arranged were excellent. We appreciated the fact that the guide in Ajanta had a masters degree in history and that the guide in Mumbai was able to give us what was effectively an oral history, having lost a close relative in the attack.
We had three outstanding experiences during the trip, including that in Mumbai. The others were a 'close and personal' meeting with a tiger in Ranthambhore and the incomparable experience of the Taj Mahal which defies all explanation and expression.

We arrived home yesterday after our trip to India and then a visit to family. Our experience of India was very positive and we have wonderful memories and photos of our visit. Below I will comment in detail on our travel -
Hotels - The hotels were excellent.
Transport Arrangements - The transfer arrangements were good - we were always met, taken to our hotel and provided with advice.
Guides - The tour arrangements and guides provided by South Tourism were excellent - information provided and their driving skills were first class. There was a guide provided by Mesmerizing India in Hyderabad who we were not comfortable with.
Overall, Mesmerizing India was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. David recommended the company to the Public Service Staff College (where he stayed the first week and attended a seminar) and intends to email them with the company details. We hope that you get some business from them in the future.

There were adequate rest periods after long days on the road and we had the opportunity to see many different lifestyles in India, from village life to bustling city.
